OUR STORY

Hi I'm Karl Wozny, In 2011 I moved my family out of the London rat race and headed to the Kent coast in Deal. Having spent alot of time in New York my food dream was always to operate my own little burger joint and an opportunity soon came in a partnership with a local landlord who let me operate my concept in a little shack in his beer garden. It is here where The Burger Bros was conceived and where we cut our teeth for the next 3 years serving burgers & fries in all kinds of weather.

We now operate a small cosy diner & bar on Deal seafront within The Clarendon Hotel serving awesome burgers, Classic American comfort food and cocktails.

OUR CONCEPT

Having made our name in burgers, we are now a fully functioning diner, paying homage to New York City eateries where great tradition and generosity is king. When you walk in you need to find a spot to sit, either at the bar or on one of the communal tables. Our full menu is supported by an ever changing specials board serving authentic diner classics. Join us for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner for some fabulous home cooked seasonal comfort food.

OUR BEEF

We use premium 72 day aged beef from Sunnydale farm near Ashford. Our grass fed traceable beef is used in all of our burgers, steaks, chilli and roasting joints providing unparalleled flavour.

COCKTAILS

We pay homage to the American Speakeasy and put twists on them. Our menu is seasonal and we make our own syrups, tinctures and bitters in house for that added unique touch. You can join us for late drinks at the weekend after 10pm when food stops until 1.30am and sit in our cosy bar and try out what's on offer.
